Recital Program
Weekly Classes | Two Performance Opportunities Per Year
Our Recital Program is designed for dancers who want to train in a structured,
syllabus-based environment while developing confidence and celebrating their growth. Ideal for families in the Quinte area, this program offers high-quality technical training and stage experience, making it an excellent fit for dancers balancing other commitments or seeking a well-rounded, performance-focused dance education.
Students in this stream attend one weekly class and participate in two exciting events each season: a winter showcase performance in December and a full-scale year-end recital complete with professional staging and stunning costumes. Every class concludes the season with this fully staged performance, allowing dancers to proudly demonstrate their progress and celebrate their achievements in front of family and friends.
Competitive Program
Elite Competitive Dance Program | Audition-Based Placement
Team Ontario is Ontario Dance Academy’s award-winning competitive team, designed for dedicated and experienced dancers seeking advanced technical training and high-level performance opportunities. Representing Belleville and the surrounding region, dancers in this program train up to three nights per week, following a carefully structured schedule that builds strength, flexibility, artistry, and versatility across multiple styles.
Each dancer’s training plan is tailored to the level they are accepted into, ensuring a developmentally appropriate path toward excellence. Members of Team Ontario participate in Ballet examination classes to support the development of strong classical technique and ensure consistent technical progression. Additional required classes in Acrobatics, Jazz, Modern, Hip Hop, and more contribute to the formation of well-rounded, versatile performers prepared for the stage.
Admission to Team Ontario is by audition only.
This program is ideal for dancers who are serious about their training, committed to growth, and passionate about performing at a competitive level.
